The Rite Way Jumbo Harrow is designed to handle conventional tilling, minimum-till and zero-till operations.  It uses 9/16" x 26" tines to break and distribute straw evenly and to incorporate granular application effectively.

The tine angle is adjustable hydraulically from the tractor cab so the operator may adjust the aggressiveness of harrowing to match the needs of the field.  Each harrow section is connected to the bar by parallel linkage arms that allow each section to float independently while maintaining a constant pressure to the ground.  With parallel linkage, there is no need to adjust the wheels as the tines wear because constant pressure is maintained by the linkage arms.

Transporting the 7100 is a breeze.  The patented Field Transport Pivot Wheel System allows you to easily go from field to transport position.  And with a transport width of only 9 1/2 feet, the 7100  leads the industry in transportation safety.

Features

Operations:

  • Unique Parallel Linkage Arms apply equal pressure with double heavy-duty springs to all four corners of the harrow section -- regardless of tine angle.  This prevents uneven tine wear and ensures maximum performance of all five bars in each section.
  • Down pressure spring transfers the weight of the bar to the harrow section when in field position, to maintain constant pressure.
  • Tine angle indicator allows operator to see and adjust the tines for maximum performance.
  • Hydraulically adjust the tine angle on the go from your tractor cab --  from 45o to 85o.
  • Knuckle assembly, complete with new, large 1 3/4" pins, provides a strong, durable connection between frame and wings and allows the wing to follow the contour of the land independently from the main frame.

Transport:

  • With a transport width of only 9' 6", one of the narrowest available anywhere, the Model 7100 leads the industry in transportation safety.
  • Auto fold is conveniently activated from the tractor cab.
  • Transport/Field Pivot wheel system ensures a smooth transition between field and transport positions.
  • With the touch of the hydraulic lever, the Field Transport Pivot Wheel System eases the harrow bar in or out of the transport position.
  • Solid draft arms lock into place securely and safely using a unique Auto Lock mechanism.
